Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. All major destinations are supported. To confirm we deliver to your location, please check the country selection during checkout.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the European Union via Correos España.
When will my order be shipped?
Most AlienCrow products are handmade to order, though some items may be in stock and ready to ship.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items require minimum 4–8 business days to produce. This can be longer during busy periods: we will contact you if there are any delays.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over 100€.
For orders below 100€, a shipping contribution is required based on the size of your item:
- Standard items: 15€
- Larger items: 25€
Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:
- Europe & UK: 2–5 business days
- US & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. We reserve the right to select an alternative carrier for remote destinations if necessary.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents. Prices are not visible on the exterior of the parcel.
Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply.
For destinations outside the EU, duties and taxes may apply. The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges required by the destination country. AlienCrow does not collect this information in advance and cannot provide an estimate, as charges vary by country.
AlienCrow does not reimburse or refund orders if buyers decline to cover their local duties and taxes.
What happens if I cannot collect my parcel in time?
Parcels are typically held for 14 days before being returned to sender. If you anticipate being unavailable, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can delay dispatch.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, any additional shipping costs to resend the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
If there is a manufacturing fault, AlienCrow will offer either a full refund via the original payment method or cover the delivery costs of an exchange.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are available in the case of a sizing issue. We encourage all customers to refer to our size guide and take careful measurements before placing an order.
How do I request an exchange or report a fault?
Please contact us at aliencrowshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions via email. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval — new, unused, with original tags and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
